Every year I host a holiday “Brinner” for my friends. Everyone shows up in their pajamas and we eat breakfast foods for dinner. It is a break from the traditional cocktail parties and dinners. Everyone gets to be laid back and festive at the same time. Along with these pancakes I have served candied bacon , a champagne spiked egg casserole, and sugarplum fairy sangria. The best part of these items is they are make ahead. Which means I get to jingle and mingle as well!
