It is Small Business Saturday!!! My family is made up of entrepreneurs and small business owners. My father and his father used to own a mechanical contracting business. He owned a car wash at one point in his life, my dad has quite the story. It is no surprise his kids followed suit. Each of my siblings owns small business, and DishItGirl is an LLC!

That is why I have such a heart for small business owners, and I get the opportunity to meet a lot of local moms with thoughtful products and stories. I get so many questions about Siena’s curly hair on a daily basis. She has beautiful blonde curly hair which is a blessing! However, they are tight curls and there are A LOT of them. Having a little one with super curly hair is not for the faint of heart. One of the first brands I found that worked for her was the Fairy Tales Hair Care line. They have a Curly Q line of products that helps me detangle and condition the curls. It has definitely made her hair more managable. In the summer the we use the clarifying shampoo every now and again because we live in the pool! Then during the school year the rosemary repel spray gives me a little peace of mind when it comes to the issue of lice! There are no harsh chemicals in their products, which is what led me to them in the first place.

Seeing the need for hair care when dealing with lice, owner Risa Barash, set out in a mission. Resulting in a successful and thriving hair care business. This mom owned shop is full of adorable printables to help you make any occasion just a little bit more special. The Elf on the Shelf notes included in this giveaway will help you set the scene. It gives some great ideas on how to set the perfect vignette with your elf.

The printables in the shop are so thoughtful. The thank you cards are such where your child can easily fill them out. What a great way to instill the habit of being grateful. Writing thank you’s is a bit of lost art, I love the idea of Siena writing out these cards to thank people for her Christmas gifts this year. There is also a great meal planner and grocery list printable that would make a great gift!
