One of my favorite holiday confections are chocolate covered cherries. The flavor in general is one of my favorites! This cocktail is not over powering or syrupy sweet. Rather it leaves you thinking about the familiar and subtle taste you are experiencing. The fizzy and refreshing Ruinite Lambrusco wine is laced with chocolate liquor and a little bit of maraschino cherry juice. The rum and cream cordial helps smooth out the drink.

Please keep in mind this post is meant for persons 21 and older. If you choose to consume a product with alcohol please do so in a responsible manner. Do not drink and drive, or strive to drink in excess.
