Creamy Spinach Mushroom Casserole with Campbells

Sunday dinners can get crazy. I have some quick make ahead side dishes that are always crowd pleasers on rotation. One of those is this creamy spinach casserole. This is one that people ALWAYS go back for seconds

Creamy Spinach Mushroom Casserole

ingredients

  • 2 pkg frozen spinach - cooked & drained

  • 6 oz shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1/4 c. melted butter

  • 1 c cubed white bread

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • 1 tsp kosher salt

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Defrost the spinach, drain and squeeze out excess water.

  3. In a large mixing bowl add all of the ingredients and mix until well combined.

  4. Add to a round baking dish. Top with extra cheese and bake for 30 minutes.

  5. Serve immediately
