Peach Crumble Smoothie

Everytime we go to the grocery store SIena gets a green smoothie. It has become a tradition. Smoothies are a great way to get in fruits, veggies, and other goodies. It is also a great way to make something and share it with your toddler. I put in flax and hemp seeds. Get in some yogurt for probiotics. There are so many variations you can try. Here is one of Siena’s favorites!

Peach Crumble Smoothie

ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen peaches

  • 1/2 banana

  • 3 pitted dates

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1/4 cup vanilla greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp rolled oats

  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp honey

instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender EXCEPT the oats, and blend until smooth. Then add oats and pulse to desired consistency.
