Pineapple Lime Smoothie
Everytime we go to the grocery store SIena gets a green smoothie. It has become a tradition. Smoothies are a great way to get in fruits, veggies, and other goodies. It is also a great way to make something and share it with your toddler. I put in flax and hemp seeds. Get in some yogurt for probiotics. There are so many variations you can try. Here is one of Siena’s favorites!
Pineapple Lime Smoothie
ingredients
1/2 of an avocado
1 cup baby spinach, packed
1/2 cup of pineapple (frozen or fresh)
1/4 cup mango (frozen or fresh)
1 cup coconut water
Juice of 1 lime
1 tsp honey
instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. If not using any frozen fruit, add 2 -3 ice cubes to the mix.
