Apple CIder Ginger Get Well Soon Smoothie

The changing weather has us going through a season of sniffles in our house. With the help of @PrinceofPeaceGinger Honey Crystals, I have created the perfect concoction to help us battle cold season. Add a splash of apple cider with almond milk, a banana lending itself to the creamy consistency, and the brewed Ginger Honey Crystals, and blend. Then cuddle up with your lovey, this smoothie and get better soon!

Apple Cider Ginger Smoothie

ingredients

  • 1 cups of almond milk

  • 1/4 cup apple cider

  • 1/4 cup brewed Prince of Peace Ginger Honey Crystals

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 tbsp of raw honey

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 /2 tsp fresh ginger

  • 1/8 tsp of cinnamon

  • 2tbsp rolled oats

instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
