Zuppa di Clams is an easy pasta dish with lots of flavor. This dish always appears on our christmas eve table in honor of the seven fishes.

As we shopped Memorial Day weekend Brian fell prey to the offerings of fancy steaks, ribs, and all of the “summer” grilling advertisements. He stumbled upon a half pound of gorgeous fresh lobster meat and he was hooked.

I have made pasta Bolognese before but not lasagna. But as we know from other posts I loooove making different kinds of Lasagnas. They are great make ahead and freezer meals. Plus, Lasagna is great for a crowd!

This creamy, tangy, cheesy sauce is the answer to the comfort craving. Having spinach and mushrooms in it also makes it feel like you are doing something good for yourself!

The simple meal is what I would call Spaghetti Aglio E Olio, which is simply spaghetti with olive oil and garlic. It is a simple dish that goes a long way with flavor.
