I call this creation a Christmas Cookie Float! I made a quick cinnamon simple syrup and added it to the Canada Dry Ginger Ale, sprinkled some cinnamon sugar on the rim, and added some vanilla ice cream. 

Cheesy shrimp scampi dip is the perfect party or holiday appetizer. Lots of garlicky cheese and chunks of shrimp make up this delicious dish.
